Return of Merchandise
Jelloart Products DOES NOT RECEIVE RETURNS AND MAKES NO EXCHANGES on most of the products we sell.
In the event that the administration decides to make a change of merchandise or receive a return of it, the situation will be carefully evaluated and analyzed and the client will be informed.
In the event that the situation of return or exchange of the product occurs, all shipping costs for return or exchange will be paid by the buyer.

Cancellation of Orders

Please note that our warehouse processes orders the next business day. Once processed, an order cannot be cancelled.

In the event that the customer receives his order and still decides to cancel the order, the return shipping cost to JELLOART will be paid by the customer.

Once Jelloart receives the package with the merchandise the return will be processed.

Refund amount is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the condition of the items returned. jELLOART reserves the right to deny a refund for items not in their original packaging.

Jelloart will credit a refund to the payment method used for the original order. Typically, we process the credit within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Where is my Order? Track package
Please note that our warehouse processes orders the next business day. Once processed an order cannot be cancelled.
In case your order does not arrive:

Find your Tracking number at your e-mail.

Ask your postman where he left his order and give him the tracking number.

Go to your local USPS Office that corresponds to your Neighborhood with your tracking number.
